Refund policy

At Vigor Room, we want you to shop with confidence. Our 30-day return policy ensures that you have ample time to decide if your purchase is right for you. Here's what you need to know:

Eligibility Criteria: Your item must meet the following conditions to qualify for a return:

  • It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Unworn or unused, with tags still attached.
  • In its original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return: To start a return, simply reach out to us at Info@vigorroom.com. We'll guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will promptly address the issue and make it right.

Exceptions: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, and sale items. Please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Exchanges: For exchanges, the quickest method is to return the item you have and place a new order for the desired item. Once your return is processed and accepted, you can proceed with your new purchase.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: Customers within the European Union are entitled to a 14-day cooling off period, during which they can cancel or return their order for any reason without justification. The same eligibility criteria apply as mentioned above.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund in your account.
